ITS offers pre-service and in-service training programs to develop effective capacities in a variety of fields, including Panchayati Raj/Rural Development, Urban Development, Education, Information Technology, e-Governance, Health & Family Welfare, Women & Child Development, Water & Sanitation, Traditional Craftsmanship, Entrepreneurship Development, Life Skills, Agriculture, and many others. We also conduct sensitization training seminars/workshops to raise awareness among government employees for the efficient execution of welfare programs.

In addition, we have provided job-oriented skill training in several industry sectors, including IT & ITES, Telecom, Beauty & Wellness, Apparel, Handicraft, Healthcare, Hospitality, Electronics, Electrical, Agriculture, Construction, and ensured job placement and self-employment of trained youths.
